Enthusiastically she positioned this with a passion project to merge the love of a lifestyle brand, with a speciality barista concept, wonderful sustainable creations, concept design, food art into one. Seriously bitten by these vibes & strongly believe that every experience should make all happy, must feel no-nonsense pure & exciting. Beautifying! BRAND STORY CEO and creative founder of the company, Ebru Palit, a female Belgian who grew up in Ghent as a passionated trendsetter & world traveler in endlessly search of pure timeless beauties in life. During these time as a volunteer traveler and passionate food designer, trend seeker, she discovered the delights of pure edible flowers and it’s multiple benefits for the eye, body, mind and soul. She started creating beverages and food creations embracing the floral essence with harmony. All inspired by the Japanese edible blossoms and its beautiful gardens. She started dreaming and styling very early and positioned her unique concept in this very first authentic showroom where you may experience all. Created the Cocotine Speciality Lifestyle Café & Food Boutique, the Cocotine Organic Garden & Cocotine Atelier in Belgium by herself in 2017. Every creation was a complete reflection of her soul, all unique, which made it an award-winning concept. Her dream about spreading this ethical pure beauty in a luxurious way with flamboyance led to the determination to develop beside her café, a B2C Retail Concept & Delivery Food Concept “home experiences” as a fine Cocotine line. The brand specialist & brand building turned in entrepreneurial activation. This is how the brand products started traveling the world as unique Belgian concept brand. This makes this place a little more authentic as offer for her loyal locals.
